
Who’s the shy guy to the right in the picture? Well, it is our new head of kitchen – Jonas Bolling!
Jonas loves cooking as much as he loves skiing (meaning “a lot”) and has been stirring pots at the Stockholm eateries 1900 and Bomans before packing his bags to travel southward.
He’s also made a pit-stop at Noma in Copenh…agen for two weeks to find out why they are classed as the world’s best restaurant. (And hopefully bring a secret or two to Engelberg.)
This also means good-bye to our beloved Rukas, who’s been keeping our guests full and happy for the past two years. He’s moved with his family to Norway, and we miss him and his soups already.
