We are thrilled to have Paul Svensson here again to set the kitchen on fire (no, not literally speaking.)
Paul was head chef at the Michelin-starred Stockholm eateries F12 and Bon Lloc before becoming a do-it-all in the gastro world, training the Swedish national chef team for Bocuse d’Or, leading various cooking shows on TV and writing books.
