To celebrate our love for Engelberg summers, music, food and drinks! We invite you to Ski Lodge Summer Festival!
A Little Bit of History
The SLE Summer Festival kicked off back in 2022, all thanks to two of our guests, Nadja and Tamara. They wanted to throw a joint birthday bash – something a bit different, something fun. A friend pointed them in our direction, and soon the idea of turning our garden into a mini music festival was born.
As we do here at Ski Lodge, when someone brings a fun idea to the table, we go all in. That first party was a blast, and the following year we figured… why not do it again? And just like that, a tradition was born!

Street Food, Lodge Style
What’s a festival without good food? You buy a stack of food tickets (13 CHF/ plate) and wander about the garden. You’ll find different food stalls serving street food Lodge style. The influences of our cuisine come from our Nordic roots and our Swiss alp inspired brasserie. But our chefs aren’t shy to mix influences from all over the world. So expect some fun and creative creations from our chefs!
The Feeling
Picture this: a summer afternoon in Engelberg. The garden is buzzing, one of our bands is playing, and the whole Ski Lodge crew is around. Kids are running wild (as they always do), parents are relaxing, and local ski legends are hanging out with mountain lovers from all over.
The smell of food on the grill, the sound of music drifting through the air, and those massive Engelberg peaks towering all around us. This isn’t a big, flashy event – it’s just our kind of summer celebration: music, food, community, and good people in a good place!
The Party
We’re not shy when it comes to a proper party.
Tunes will be playing in the garden until 22.00 (gotta keep the neighbours happy), and after that we take it inside for a classic Ski Lodge Bar night — DJs, dancing, and the kind of atmosphere that feels just like our winter après, how fun???
