Snow Report Engelberg - April 7th

April is here, and she came in hot—with a little bit of everything. This Snow Report Engelberg April is delivering classic spring vibes mixed with some sneaky winter leftovers. We’ve seen speed pow on north-facing aspects in Steineberg, slushy park laps and quarter pipe building in Engstlen, and of course, the legendary 80’s Day lighting up the mountain with retro suits and high stoke. If you missed it, well, you missed it—but don’t worry, we’re still holding on to some good skiing.

For those still chasing cold snow, Wendelücke is where it’s at. The conditions have been holding up surprisingly well, with both fast pow in the morning, and slush hitting it in the afternoon. On Tuesday, April 1st, Jonathan Johansson and some of the Ski Lodge crew made the most of it—check out their shots for some spring inspiration.

Final Best Burger of the Season
William Larsson is back behind the grill with his final burger drop of the season: an Asian-inspired crispy chicken burger with miso-gochujang sauce, soy mayo, pickled red onion, and crispy lettuce. Served with fries and a sriracha mayo dip. It’s already flying out of the kitchen.

The Snow Report Engelberg April is all about transition—pow turns in the morning, slush and sunshine by noon, and a burger or a beat drop waiting for you in the evening. There’s still so much to enjoy up here. Let’s keep it rolling.
