A little party never killed nobody
We couldn’t have asked for anything more suiting during our 10 years Anniversary week. We had many regular guests, Locals, friends, and former staff present during the festivities. Everything went smoothly and we had a lot of fun together.
Jonas Engelin a.k.a “DJ Tingeling” did his last Music Quiz for this season last Tuesday, and maybe ever, and starts a new chapter of his life in another part of the world, Norway. It was a emotional time for all of us since Jonas have been with us for so many years and his presence in this village will be deeply missed. Hopefully we can make him come back in the future, but wish him all the best of luck on his new adventure.
On thursday we didn’t get so lucky with the weather but had a inhouse After ski with the live band Biffen and Wild night orchestra. After that the BBQ was set up in our restaurant and we all prepared ourselves for the annual beer drinking contest and “greatest party ever”. Former staff and kitchen chef Benjamin Hubinette took home the prestigeous win for the second time around and everyone had a good time.
The Gala dinner on Friday was a real show stopper. Jonas bolling from Portal Restaurant, and also a former head chef of ours, made a fantastic 5 course dinner with our team in the kitchen. Really good food and good people.
