New Snow In Sight – Weekly Snow Round-Up 20th March

After a very sunny week and some rather wet powder on the weekend, we are looking forward to some snowy days ahead.

The mountain is very diverse at the moment. At the après-ski you are not only going to meet skiers but also hikers, downhill bikers, swimmers and everything in between. Every sport in Engelberg is being enjoyed at the same time, which leads to a very diverse crowd. We love it. There is just so much to entertain.

As far as skiing is concerned, we are using SPF 50+ and are enjoying the down days as we should: either searching for contrasts next to the stonewalls, where the deep snow lies, or jibbing around in the groomers’ tracks. The slopes are in good condition all the way down to the village, something that might change in the course of the next few weeks. However, the snow is hitting us slowly but surely this week and will be flying in above 2200 m.a.s.l.

We have a few rooms left over the weekend, so book right away and secure yourself a good spot to spend the sunny days. You can find the best rates on our online booking site or call us at +41 41 637 35 00 for a nice chat with our receptionists.
