Snow Report Engelberg – February 10th

This snow report from Engelberg, February 10th, covers the latest week and what’s coming. We’re currently in a bit of a dry spell here in Engelberg, but with a solid snow base and low avalanche danger, it’s the perfect time for exploration. Steinberg run is fast and smooth, offering great conditions for those who enjoy carving big turns. Laub is starting to get choppy, but the section all the way to skiers’ left—known as Langewand—has been seeing a lot of action. We skied it ourselves on Saturday and found that it’s still possible to go full speed down this gulley.

With stable conditions and sunny days, many skiers have been turning to ski touring for their adventure fix. Wendelücke has been a popular route lately, offering rewarding turns and breathtaking views. Over by Engstlensee, the sunny tops of Schaftberg and Graustock have been attracting plenty of skiers eager to put in some skin tracks. Below, you’ll find some photos from Wendelücke on Wednesday, February 5th.

Looking Ahead – Snow Incoming?

The forecast suggests we’ll see light snowfall throughout the week, but some weather reports hint at a bigger snowfall arriving on Thursday. If the predictions hold, we could finally be in for some fresh powder! Stay updated on conditions with the Engelberg weather report and check the latest avalanche bulletin.
