Welcome to a yoga retreat that seeks to connect your inner well-being with the beautiful mountain surroundings of the fairylike Alp village Engelberg. Open your mind and body to the beautiful scenery as you enhance your yoga practice on the mountain or in the beautiful old Benedictine Monastery dated 1735. We will be sensing the body from the inside rather than looking at it from the outside. We will peel off layers of tension to rejuvenate. This will be a moment for you to enjoy the beautiful Alps and at the same time dive into your yoga journey. We will have journaling workshops and an introduction to yoga philosophy. No prior yoga training is required, all levels are welcome. Limited space is available as we believe in smaller groups. Send us an email if you want to learn more about the retreat & save a spot.
